Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for the Meridian area so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-site measurement, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you sign it.
Who does the work
Concrete work arranged through this site is performed by independent crews registered with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses as contractors, carrying general liability (at least the $300,000 Idaho requires) and workers' compensation. Work in ACHD right-of-way is performed under ACHD's permit by a contractor carrying the bond and insurance ACHD requires. For residential contracts over $2,000 you'll receive the disclosure statement required by Idaho Code 45-525 before signing.
Permits, easements and utilities
We identify which authority, if any, must approve your project and file the permit; permit costs are shown as their own line. We check your plat for easements and locate irrigation lines before excavation and file an 811 locate request as Idaho law requires, but the recorded plat, the current code and the reviewing agency are the final word.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential flatwork is normally paid on completion; foundation work may be staged at the inspections, as stated on the estimate.
