You don't need anything to call. If you have them handy, a photo of the area from the street, a rough size, what's there now, whether the job reaches the sidewalk or the curb, whether you have an HOA, and what you'd like done will help us give you a faster, closer estimate.
What happens next
We set a time for an estimator to come out, usually within a day or two. They measure the job, look at the ground and dig a test hole if footings are involved, check the plat for easements and the yard for irrigation lines, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with any ACHD or City permit on its own line. For residential jobs over $2,000, you'll also get the disclosure statement Idaho Code 45-525 requires before you sign.
